Returns Procedure In the event that a return must be made, please adhere to the following steps.

  1. Call ProfessionalGardening.com’s Head Office toll free (1.866.421.5858) to receive an RMA #. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by fax. It is to be filled out with the details of your return. Please ensure you complete this form in its entirety with as much detail as possible, including: the original Invoice #, the date of the original purchase, your sales representative’s name, and the reason for your return. Fax your completed form to the Western Office (604.321.9958) or Eastern Office (905.629.1299). Forms without this information will be delayed or not processed. Please fax your form only once. We will advise you on how to return the item.
  2. Prepare the items carefully for pick-up or shipment back to your designated warehouse. Greater Vancouver/Greater Toronto Area returns can be picked up by a professionalgardening.com representative or when we deliver your next order.
  3. All other returns in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the West Coast of the U.S.A. must be shipped to the Western Warehouse: 7575 North Fraser Way, Burnaby B.C. V5J 4Z3 

    All returns from Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes and the East Coast of the U.S.A. must be shipped to our Eastern Warehouse: 5456 Gorvan Drive, Mississauga, ON L4W 3E8.
  4. Shipping of regular stock returns is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in non-saleable condition will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Attach a copy of your RMA Form to each item in the return. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  5. Items over 12 months old will not be accepted or may have a 50% restocking fee apply. We cannot accept items we no longer sell or items that have been discontinued.
  6. Once the return is received in our warehouse we will contact you within 5 business days to let you know that a credit has been issued to your account. Your credit amount will reflect the lowest sale price Quality has offered on the products you’ve returned.

Warranty Procedure In the event that a warranty claim must be made, please adhere to the following steps.

  1. Call ProfessionalGardening.com’s Head Office toll free (1.866.421.5858) to receive an RMA #. Warranty is based on the manufacturer’s warranty policies only and will advise you about where/how to ship the product. Please ensure that all electrical/hard goods have been thoroughly tested before requesting a warranty.
  2. Prepare the items carefully for pick-up or shipment back to your designated warehouse. Greater Vancouver/Greater Toronto Area returns can be picked up by professionalgardening.com when we deliver your next order.
  3. All other returns in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the West Coast of the U.S.A. must be shipped to the Western Warehouse: 7575 North Fraser Way, Burnaby B.C. V5J 4Z3

  4. Attach a copy of your RMA Form to each item in the warranty claim. Shipping for warranty claims to professionalgardening.com’s warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once a return is received in our warehouse, it will be at the discretion of Quality Wholesale whether the product will be Repaired, Replaced or Credited. If a Credit is to be issued, the amount will reflect the lowest sale price Quality has offered on the products returned plus restocking fee.
